mm38 Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the mm38 platform, you are considered to have accepted the terms, rights, and obligations set out on this page.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between players in Myanmar ("user", "player") who use the mm38 platform ("service", "site") and mm38 ("we"). These terms should be read alongside mm38's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement. mm38 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be announced here. Section 1 — Eligibility & Minor Protection

1.1Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to use the mm38 platform. If we find that anyone under 21 is accessing our services by any means, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded. We may request documentation to verify your age.

1.2Eligible Countries

Our services are primarily offered for Myanmar. Players are responsible for checking and complying with the laws and regulations of their own region — mm38 does not take on that responsibility.

1.3Personal Use Only

Your account is for your own personal play only. You may not allow any third party to play using your account. For all financial transactions, deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own payment methods only.

Section 2 — Account Registration & Management

2.1Registration & Accuracy

You must register an account through mm38's access system using your own accurate personal information. Providing false or intentionally misleading information is strictly prohibited. If inaccurate information is found, mm38 has the right to remove that account.

2.2One Account Policy

Each player may open only one account on mm38. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. Matching data across accounts may be checked from the time of registration.

2.3Password Security

Players are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) confidential. mm38 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from a player disclosing their login details. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately via Live Chat.

2.4KYC Verification

mm38 may request identification documents such as a National ID card, passport, and proof of payment from players carrying out deposits or withdrawals. This verification is in place to protect financial security. Withdrawals may be put on hold for accounts that have not completed KYC.

Section 3 — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1Deposits

Currently supported deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

  • Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks (all methods)
  • Deposits are processed almost instantly
  • Deposits must be made using your own payment method
  • Shared or jointly held payment methods may not be eligible for bonuses

3.2Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met before processing a withdrawal.

  • Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may not be available if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not complete

3.3Refund Policy

Funds that have already been played through are not refundable under any circumstances. If funds were lost due to a technical error during a deposit, you may submit a case with clear supporting evidence within 24 hours and mm38 will review it on an individual basis.

Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotions

4.1First Deposit Bonus

Players who register on mm38 and make their first deposit will receive a bonus of 200% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be completed.

Examples:

  • 20,000 Ks deposit gets a bonus of 40,000 Ks — wallet balance 60,000 Ks — Wagering 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks
  • 320,000 Ks deposit gets a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum) — wallet balance 620,000 Ks — Wagering 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

4.2Bonus Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. When calculating wagering —

  • Slots count at 100% towards wagering
  • Live Casino games — wagering contribution may vary; check on our website
  • Once wagering is complete, the bonus and winnings will be available for withdrawal

4.3Bonus Fair Use Policy

Players who intentionally abuse bonuses, exploit them to withdraw without genuine play, or attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will forfeit their bonus and winnings, and their account may be suspended. mm38 reserves the right to change any promotion at any time.

4.4VIP Levels and Cashback

mm38's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Level upgrades depend on play volume and eligibility, and mm38's decision is final.

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
  • Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Section 5 — Games and Fairness

5.1Fair Play Policy

Games provided by mm38 are designed using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming technology to ensure fair outcomes for players. Game results can be verified server-side.

5.2Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a connection drop, game error, or connectivity fault, completed actions will be determined based on the latest recorded data, and any unresolved incomplete rounds will be considered void. mm38's server records are the final reference for resolving disputes.

5.3Risk of Financial Loss

Players should understand that gambling carries the risk of financial loss. Wins and losses are part of the nature of gambling. mm38 is not obligated to refund money lost by players. Please read our Responsible Gaming page for responsible play.

Section 6 — Prohibited Activities

6.1Specified Prohibitions

Players must not engage in the following activities —

  • Any activity related to money laundering
  • Automated play using bots, software tools, or scripts
  • Deliberately manipulating play patterns to meet bonus requirements
  • Attempting to breach platform security
  • Using the platform as an intermediary for currency exchange for third-party benefit
  • Threatening or harassing players, staff, or third parties

Please note that if any of the above prohibitions are violated, mm38 may immediately close the account and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Section 7 — Security and Data Protection

7.1SSL Encryption

7.2Suspicious Financial Transactions

To ensure legal compliance, mm38 has the right to investigate suspicious transactions and unexplained fund amounts. If any suspicious activity is found, withdrawals will be placed on hold while an investigation is carried out.

8.1Service Interruptions and Technical Faults

mm38 strives to keep the service running without interruption; however, if gameplay is suspended due to maintenance, server issues, or external events beyond our control, mm38's liability is limited.

8.2Third-Party Payment Services

KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer services are third-party payment providers. mm38 cannot be held responsible for any service disruptions, interceptions, or delays caused by them.

9.1mm38's Right to Suspend

mm38 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice, including in cases of —

  • Breach of these terms and conditions
  • Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
  • Matched betting or arbitrage
  • Use of platform manipulation tools

9.2Player Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude, you can request it via our Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. mm38 encourages self-exclusion as a tool for responsible gaming. Once exclusion is in effect, any remaining balance with completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn.

Section 10 — General Provisions

10.1Interpretation and Resolution

The Myanmar-language version of these terms and conditions is the definitive reference. If a dispute arises, the player and mm38 will first attempt to resolve it respectfully and in good faith via Live Chat.

10.2Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. If mm38 does not immediately enforce a right, that shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

10.3Notification of Changes

mm38 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the changes.
